Hillary is our General Counsel and Chief Claims and Operations Officer. She has 20+ years’ experience in the re/insurance industry.
Hillary joined CRS from R&Q Legacy, where she led the Claims, Legal, and Operations teams for North America.
Prior to R&Q, Hillary was Managing Director, Claims at Markel. She led teams responsible for compliance, regulatory advice, business intelligence, innovation, and strategic planning.
Hillary was in-house counsel at Travelers before joining Markel. She began her career advising re/insurers at Steptoe LLP.
Parri is our Chief Executive Officer. He has 25+ years' experience in the re/insurance industry focused on M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory engagements.
Parri joined CRS from R&Q Legacy, where he served as the CEO for North American operations.
Prior to R&Q, Parri was Catalina Re's Head of North American Distribution.
Parri formerly served as Managing Director and Head of Insurance M&A at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Managing Director at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.
He began his career at Securitas Capital / Swiss Re Capital Partners, an insurance-dedicated PE firm.
